Navasota doesn't have too much shopping. It's got the basic stores, and a few other specialty stores.

You need something to do on a friday night? Navasota doesn't have too much, bu they do have some of the best honkytonks around, and a big movie theater.

the only subdivision in Navasota. it boasts about 52 lots, which range from .5 to 5 acres in size.

Many of the people that make up Navasota's population live on farms. The farms sizes are vastly different from each other, as are the people who live on them.

This school is pretty big, having about 1,200 people in its student body. The big thing at this school is the high school rodeo team and none other than football. I mean it is Texas, right?

Lake Travis is a big hangout for everyone in Navasota. The lake is about 4 acres, and sits just outside of town. Everyone docks their boats here, and its the party central of Brazos County.

Texas A&M is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from Navasota by the state highway 6. It offers tons of majors, including quite a few agriculture ones. It has an amazing equestrian program, and other sports teams.

The Stockyards are a tremendous part of Texas History. Now, there are restaurants and bars along the streets, but they still have livestock here quite often, and people ride their horses up and down the streets.
